Overview

Sekret is an end-to-end encrypted message mobile application that protects your personal information, confidential file security, and encrypted communication. And also, It is made in Taiwan. It is committed to protecting the client’s business confidentiality and personal privacy. Sekret develops and maintains by ourselves, from software including encrypted algorithm to support of technology service. The target of Sekret is that build a cross-platform architecture to establish the new cyber security software and encrypted messenger. We hope to provide safer communication software that is state-of-the-art cyber security and fluently user experience for users.

I am the lead designer on this project. Faced with the customer, I defined the website’s visual identity, built the information architecture, and helped write the marketing copy. Faced the team, I cooperated with the marketing team to ensure our marketing direction, discussed with the visual designer to make visual style, and built the wireframe and prototype. Also, I worked with engineers to make the interaction and dynamic effect in the website.

This project aims to design an official website that can show the service, convey the professional, reliable, and company philosophy, and show the ”Call to Action” behavior that makes the potential customer check more information faster.

Process

Infomotion Architecture

I collaborate with the marketing copywriter, deconstructing the content and reframing the framework to new information architecture. In the end, the website has five items.

Wireframe

The home page also is the touchpoint with InfoBoom for the customer. I use the landing page to introduce the company and service. We also use the network & information security incident story to let customers know the importance of cyber security and use vivid illustrations to convey our service architecture to make a deep impression on our potential customers.
At the bottom of the website, I add the business partners’ Logo, the activity photos, and the media report to increase reliability and get more trust from customers.

The goal of the product introduction page is to enable potential customers to quickly grasp the detailed information of the product and make follow-up contact with customer service and purchase behaviors. The product description here uses the series of critical infographics and icons of the actual product, with the description text, to reduce excessive text and increase the interest of the web page.
Also, I designed an easy-to-find Call to Action button on the introduction page of a single product to accomplish this goal.


Outcome

The primary color design of the webpage adopts the company’s brand color: Kilamanjaro gray and purple-toned saturated blue Paris M as the secondary color. The calm and dark colors create a reliable atmosphere and a sense of science and technology. And integrate futuristic visual elements to show the customer our core concept — Personal information protection, confidential and safe information security services. I also used another secondary color: Saffron Yellow, to enhance the feeling of the innovation and vitality of the InfoBoom team, which provides the new technology and service experience.

I select professional and trustworthy commercial photo series to enhance brand tone. Accompanying the abstract pattern design full of science and technology creates a sophisticated atmosphere for the cyber security industry. And the addition of vivid illustrations and pictures to the rigorous cyber security industry interest shows the product story more vivid.
